Breakfast felt worth the price, with cereal, bread, rice, chicken, vegetables (sayur), orange juice, coffee, and tea. The location in Central Jakarta is handy for Kota Tua and malls like Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia, Central Park, and Taman Anggrek. There are a few things they could improve, but I had a good stay.

The shower and hot water were great, and having two shower hooks at different heights was handy when traveling with children. They can bathe on their own, and kids may enjoy the shower head that changes to blue or green light. The shower and toilet are separate, but the sink is too small for an adult to use comfortably. Check-in was quick, though the staff could smile more and be friendlier. There were no room amenities apart from two bottles of mineral water and body soap, and you have to buy other items from the hotel staff. I think other budget hotels provide better amenities. The room was a little small to some people, but it was fine for me. I was disappointed that I couldn’t use the mini gym. It closes at 9 PM, but even at 6 PM, when I had an access card, I couldn’t get in. Breakfast could use more variety, since I’ve seen better selections at other budget hotels. Staff refilled dishes slowly, and there were no sliced fruits when I went, though another guest had some by the time I checked out.
