The service was unfriendly, the TV didn't work, and there were no bathroom amenities. Parking costs 20 thousand, and there's no generator for power outages.

I had to stay because I'd already paid for more than a day through the hotel app, but this felt like a house being forced to serve as a hotel. The app showed a price plus tax, then at check-in they asked for extra money, saying the rate was different. The guard was awful and didn't smile. My room was small and had lots of mosquitoes. Although I stayed more than a day, it was never cleaned, not even the trash emptied or bag replaced. The sheets and pillowcases were black and gadel. There's no parking either, so parking overnight costs 20 thousand.

I booked through Agoda for Rp. 117,000, but at check-in the receptionist said the room cost Rp. 185,000 and demanded an additional fee. Why not list that rate on Agoda if that's what the room costs? It's about the original agreement, not the amount itself. I've never had this happen at a hotel in Indonesia or elsewhere, and it felt like a scam. What kind of hotel is this? 👎

The front desk kept making excuses to overcharge us, and there were loads of cockroaches. We left after just one night. Terrible, terrible, terrible!
