I spent ten wonderful days here and was genuinely sad to leave. The food was fantastic, and the business centre worked well for our training, with the whole team on the third floor helping make it memorable. The massage and gym teams were phenomenal too. What made this one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in was the staff. Prissy at check-in, Rizqi the bell hop, and the room staff who kept room 1501 exceptionally clean every day all stood out. At the bar, Jovinder was a true brand ambassador, and Dewi deserves a mention as well. The hotel has the high standards you’d expect, but the people made it special. I hope to come back soon.

Being connected to PIM is a big plus, with food and shopping right nearby. The pool was well kept and pleasantly warm, and while it isn’t huge, the kids’ section gave my daughter space to splash around. Mas Rizal from the pool team kept an eye on the children, made sure they were safe, and even chatted with my daughter. The free cold drinks were a nice touch. We stayed on 15 Feb for a family staycation. We’d booked a classic twin but got a high floor, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast had a good range of local and international choices, plus an ice cream station for kids, though it’s tucked far back and easy to miss. Staff were attentive. One overheard my wife and me talking about wanting Kopi Kampung to go and offered to arrange it. I wish I’d caught her name. The coffee was fantastic and reminded me of Tuku. One of my best staycations, and I’ll be back.

The warm smiles and great service from everyone, from the Front Office to the Bellboy, make us feel valued every time we visit. InterContinental Jakarta Pondok Indah is still our family’s top choice. The kids love dining here, especially steak and seafood night, which they always want more of. It feels like an experience worth repeating, and we’ll definitely return. We felt like VIPs from the moment we got out of the car, thanks to the staff’s hospitality. Everything was spotless, the room was spacious and luxurious, and the location was convenient. The welcome drinks at “The Lounge” could be any non-alcoholic drink on the menu, not just juice from a self-service pitcher. Staff were professional throughout. What an incredible hotel. Highly recommended, you won’t regret it.
