Johns Pardede International Hotel

The room smelled, and I could hear whatever was going on next door. A few lamps didn't work, and the toilet wasn't working properly either. The breakfast was okay, though it didn't look very tempting. For what the facilities offer, I don't think the price is fair, and I wasn't impressed with the room. Management, please take better care of it!

The front desk staff wouldn't make a simple call to my Uber driver using their local phone, even though I was on international roaming. The lobby and reception look nice, until you sit there and get swarmed by mosquitoes. The rooms were dirty, the air conditioning didn't cool properly, and the bathrooms were in bad shape. I'd recommend avoiding this place. It definitely isn't 3.5 stars.

Staff were nice and helpful, and the location is close to a food court, Indomaret, and local shops. My first room smelled moldy and had a leaking toilet, so I asked to move. They offered three choices, which were slightly better.

I'd never come back. This hotel ruined my day, bustang. My luggage got stuck in the lift, and I waited three days for the rescue team to get it out. The entrance looks awful, the location is bad, and the workers are smelly and fat. The room's “nice view” was just a rooftop, hahahahahahhahahahahahhahahahah. The bathroom was very nice but ugly, and I had to use Rusteze 95. You can buy it from Lightning McQueen. Very good. The food tasted like dead rat, room service kept ding-donging the bell at bedtime, there was no water in the bathroom, and no AC. NOT RECOMMENDED. Go to SOMERSET APARTMENT, it's much better.
