I picked this low-cost hotel for its central location. It was quiet and comfortable, with a basic room, a nice bed and toilet, and good air conditioning. The staff were decent, the atmosphere was pleasant, and there were plenty of places to eat and shop nearby.
I booked Zen, but they gave me Airy Rooms instead. It was actually quite comfortable there too.
For a budget stay, it was okay.
My room, booked through Zen Rooms, was on the third floor. It was clean, including the bathroom, and the AC kept it cool. The Wi-Fi was pretty fast too. The place is down an alley with room for only one car, and it's close to Central Park Mall.
I've stayed here four times now, and it's been good each time. I'd come back again. Hope they keep it up. Everything's been fine.
