The photos on Google and the hotel platforms don't reflect what the place is like now. I booked a private room through Agoda, but Oyo 3785 Kemayoran Residence no longer exists. It belongs to another company now, though I can't remember the hotel's name. When you get there, you have to book somewhere else. The staff gave me Oyo's number, but I left it to Agoda to sort out. I arrived after midnight and, as a solo female traveler, didn't feel safe in the area. There was a warehouse in front, and delivery men were catcalling me. The men working there weren't wearing uniforms. The place also seemed poorly maintained, so I was worried about my safety and booked a hostel on the spot.

The room was really dirty, and I'm not even fussy. I paid the Agoda price but was told I had to pay extra because of a new rule.

I only came because I had no other place to stay. The app photos don't match what you find here. The first room I was given was really dirty, with lots of bugs, and I couldn't sleep comfortably. The staff were friendly, but the hygiene needs work.

It wasn't very comfortable, but it was okay for me since I'm usually out walking around and doing things. Maybe I'll come back another day. The beds were comfortable enough.

There isn't even an Oyo here, they put Redoorz. I won't stay again. They charged me an extra fee, saying I had to buy bathcare, and also charged 50k for early check-in without giving me a receipt. I was only stopping over and checked out at 2 pm. The bedcover hadn't been changed either. Oyo, please check this hotel. Very bad.
