I feel like my time and effort were wasted, even though this isn't about the money. I was scammed through an app, apparently by someone inside, possibly a maid and a security guard. The whole thing seems incredibly organized. Be careful with OYO.

I booked through Agoda, and I really regret it. The room wasn't what I'd ordered at all. I expected a large bed and a TV in the bathroom, but got a small mattress, no bathroom, and no TV. Even the pillows were no longer usable. It felt like a scam.

I only stayed because it was flooded yesterday and I had no choice. I booked through RedDoors expecting a double bed, but was given a single one. They said I'd have to pay another 50,000 Rupiah for a double. There was no towel, no toiletries, and no drinking water either.
