I've been here for about two years, and I feel at home. Things have gone smoothly for me, with almost no trouble involving either the other residents or the keeper. The caretakers respond quickly to issues, share updates promptly, and don't take long to get back to you. If they were truly so annoying, people wouldn't have stayed for years. To the caretakers, stay strong and don't take untrue comments to heart. About the laundry, I'm grateful that we get four pieces per room per day washed for free. There are five floors of laundry, only two people on duty, and the machines aren't large. Clothes may be left behind, crossed out by room number, or mixed up. If you're not okay with that, it's better to use an outside laundry service instead of the boarding house. The package policy is clear from the beginning: the keeper doesn't accept packages because that's the owner's policy and the SOP, not because they don't want to. Even if someone takes a package, it's beyond the guards' responsibility. The guards get called rude, arrogant, or annoying, but residents should also reflect on their own behavior. Complaints in the group are meant to help everyone, not benefit someone personally. If you can't accept a small reprimand, another boarding house might suit you better. Kitchen tidiness after cooking, putting trash straight into the first-floor bin, and fixing the broken padlock are reasonable concerns. The gate was left unlocked and open, so people had to be reminded repeatedly in the group to lock it. The rules are explained when residents move in. If you can't follow them, find a place that suits you instead of trying to change the existing rules. Please know your limits, follow the rules, or move somewhere else. The rooms are cozy and welcoming, and staying here feels like being at home. I feel comfortable and safe, and the landlady is sweet and friendly.

Soft bed, cool AC, WiFi that works smoothly, and Gojek is easy to get. What more could you ask for? Eaaa.
