The room is spacious, with its own bathroom, and there's a shared kitchen. Sheets, pillows, and curtains are provided. The owner is friendly, the motorcycle parking feels secure and comfortable, and the place is quiet. But the garage and hallway are cluttered with things left by previous occupants. The Wi-Fi doesn't reach the third floor, either. Worse, I found bed bugs in my bed for two nights right after moving in. I've stayed in a dirtier boarding house before and never had that problem. Please take better care of the rooms and the beds. I thought about getting a pest cleaner for my room, but it's too expensive. It's a nice place and the owner is nice, but the bed bugs made me really uncomfortable. How can there be bed bugs?

The location is good, but there's nobody cleaning, so the rooms and outdoor areas get a bit dirty. The motorbike parking is cramped and limited. Wi-Fi and AC also go wrong pretty often.

It's a clean, comfortable boarding house with a cleaner, and the rent is fairly cheap. Water and electricity are included, though bringing electronics or having someone stay overnight means extra charges.

AC, hot water, and parking are all there. The place is clean, tidy, comfortable, and has the full facilities.
