Le Meridien Jakarta

The rooms were spacious, modern, and nice, and the air conditioning was fully controllable. What really stood out was the service. The staff were efficient, friendly, smiling, and attentive. I even got an email asking about my checkout time and whether I needed breakfast before leaving. It's been a while since I've had service that good. Dinda was excellent at Le Rendezvous.

The buffet had a wide selection, and I really appreciated having lounge access. My room looked a little dated, but it was spacious and comfortable. The memory foam pillow I'd requested was especially good. The service from everyone was excellent. The staff greeted me warmly, and I was surprised they knew my name. They went the extra mile with welcome gifts and a late checkout. When one breakfast buffet staff member heard I had a cough, she made me a jamu drink. Another staff member brought dragon fruit straight to me when it ran out.

We checked out early this morning after six lovely nights. The Le Meridien Jakarta team made our stay feel so warm, and we still clearly remember the names of the staff who helped us. Thanks to everyone for the service and for handling our feedback so well. Looking forward to coming back!

The rooms could use an update, especially the lighting, and the jasmine fragrance in mine wasn't really my thing. Still, the people here are what make me want to return. After stays at many Marriott properties, this is one of the hospitality teams that impressed me most, particularly the front desk staff. They remembered both my name and my husband's on both visits, which felt welcoming and personal. The location is hard to beat, too. This was my second stay, and Raka made check-in easy and was very helpful. As a Titanium member, I was pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a spacious, comfortable Executive Suite. At checkout, I told Bryan about the leaking bathtub. He apologized and even offered pastries to take along, a thoughtful gesture I hadn't expected.
