Liberta Hub is affordable and conveniently placed within walking distance of Blok M Square, M Bloc Space, and nearby cafes. The interior looks stylish, but it needs proper maintenance. We booked a 6D5N stay in a Deluxe Room in the old building, and it didn't look like the photos. It was dim and gloomy. The bathroom door was broken and wouldn't lock, poor ventilation brought in mosquitoes, and the soundproofing was extremely weak. We could clearly hear people passing, the lift, and the main road, so it was hard to rest. After a restless first night, we asked to change rooms and were offered a Superior Room, even though it was a lower-grade room. I highly recommend choosing the new building. The difference is significant: it's quieter, more private, and much more comfortable. In the old building, all rooms face the main road, sit next to the lift, and have very poor sound insulation. If you're a light sleeper or care about getting good rest, I don't recommend the old building's Deluxe Room.

I really like the vibe here. The hotel feels youthful and lively, and it's nicely decorated. It's clean, comfortable, and modern, on a quiet street in the Blok M area while still close to the popular food and dessert spots Blok M is known for. The MRT and Busway stations are about a 10-minute walk away. There's an Indomaret and Circle K right next to the building, both open 24 hours, plus a café on the hotel's ground floor. Room service was excellent. Definitely worth every penny!

Four out of five, because you get what you pay for! It's clean, very affordable, and the rooms are big. Breakfast: you'd better like Indonesian breakfast. Sleep: the beds are good, but the rooms are NOT soundproof ;)

There are shops, places to eat, and local sights close by, and getting here by car or public transport was easy. The location worked well for getting around. My main issue was the bathroom, which wasn’t clean and felt poorly maintained. That made the stay less comfortable. The hotel was okay for a short visit, but I hope they improve the hygiene there.

Najwa at the front desk went out of her way to arrange an affordable rate for my extended stay. Ocha from security welcomed me when I arrived. I loved staying at Liberta and would come back next time.
