The sewage smell was the one real drawback. It seems to affect some parts of the building, including certain rooms, and I hope management fixes it properly. Apart from that, I had a genuinely good stay at Magnolia ApartHotel. The apartment was spacious, clean, full of character, and creatively furnished, with a well maintained feel rather than a generic or corporate one. The upper floor views were superb, especially at sunset. The location is close to plenty of attractions and places of interest, but the gardens around the property keep it feeling peaceful. The building felt secure, organised, and well managed. Moka, Adinda, and Wahyu were especially warm and welcoming, always enthusiastic, polite, and eager to help. It was good value, the internet was reliable and fast, and Netflix was a nice extra. On the 5th floor there are two swimming pools, a gym, a children's play area, indoor seating, and a lovely outdoor balcony for relaxing. Just keep in mind that this is an apartment style stay, so it doesn't come with traditional hotel servicing.

The spacious room and great location were good points. But the unit seems to have been empty for a while: there were small cockroaches near the water heater, probably because of humidity, and under the sink, where there was also an odor. Management should clean more thoroughly before new tenants arrive, especially when a unit has been vacant for a long time.

The Jakarta skyline view really stood out, and the apartment was spotless and clearly well cared for. We had three bedrooms, very comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine in the unit, which made a longer stay easy. A great quality option in Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta.

The units are clean and cozy, and had all the equipment we needed. The receptionist was professional, and the manager made self check-in clear and easy. This was our second stay, and we loved the units, management, and area again. If I’m back in Jakarta, I’d stay here again, hopefully for longer next time.

Just right for a longer stay. The room was spacious, clean, and looked like the pictures, and the admin replied quickly. Recommended.
