Maxonehotels At Sabang

This was my third stay at Ashley Sabang, which has become my preferred hotel in Jakarta because I've always been happy with the service. Ani at the front desk kindly upgraded my room at check-in at no extra cost, and Jojo had prepared it very well. The staff were friendly and helpful, including with the airport pickup, and I felt welcomed as a returning guest. The difficult part came late at night. Several nearby rooms, apparently occupied by a large family group, were loud from about 10 PM until well past midnight. They shouted between rooms, talked loudly in the hallway, slammed doors, and let children run around noisily. One young girl kept screaming. It sounded as though they didn't realize other guests were on the floor. I politely asked them to quiet down and they apologized, but the noise started again in less than ten minutes. I couldn't get to sleep until after 1 AM. At checkout, the staff member took my key and finished the computer process without asking how the stay had gone or if everything was satisfactory. I would have appreciated a simple check-in about my experience after that night. I still value the hotel's hospitality and hope my next visit is as enjoyable as the earlier ones.

They prepared a lovely surprise for us in the room, such a thoughtful, heartwarming touch that made the visit feel special. From the moment we arrived, everyone was welcoming, professional, and keen to make sure we were comfortable. I come here regularly for meetings around Central Jakarta. It's conveniently placed for getting around and there are plenty of places close by to grab food. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, especially Harry at the front desk, who helps arrange some extra perks for our stay. Recommended, and I'll return on my next business trip to Jakarta.
