Mercure Convention Center Ancol

The little things from the staff made us feel at home. One of them even helped take our family photo at the photo booth without being asked. Everyone gave exceptional service and paid attention to details. Special thanks to Mr. Panji and his team 🙏🏻 We had an amazing ocean view from our room during our family staycation. The kids club and swimming pool were among the many facilities, and the breakfast had lots of choices. I especially liked the coffee and the chocolate ice served live. Mercure Convention Center Ancol really felt like paradise!

It was very crowded, even on weekdays, and seems to be a popular venue for events. The inside is well maintained, though I have to say the outside doesn’t look as good. I last stayed here when it was still under horison, and this time the guest relations team was already in touch by email and text before the stay. They also arranged a special event for my daughter’s birthday, which I appreciated a lot. There’s plenty for kids to do, including a pool with two slides and bubbles, an entertainment center, and more. Other pluses were the huge park right across the hotel, beach view from my room, free entrance to Ancol, a mini market inside, and wara wiri public transport within Ancol. The bed was spacious and comfy, the water pressure strong, and the aircon very powerful. Credit to Revalina, ongko for the great service and hospitality.

The breakfast was so good, especially the porridge and soup. I can’t forget them, and I have to come back to eat this 🥺. The playroom was fun too, and it’s a really nice spot for a family staycation. The pool is beautiful, the facilities are good, and the room was spacious with cold aircon and a warm shower that worked. We arrived before check-in time, but there was a room available, so they upgraded us for free and let us check in early. The process was smooth, and the staff welcomed us so warmly and were very nice. I love this hotel. All in all, 8/10 💗

We gave this property another chance because we trusted Accor quality, having had many good stays at Accor properties in Europe and Asia over the last 6 months. We booked through All.com as members, but that obviously didn’t mean anything here. We visited twice in less than 3 months and ran into the exact same shortcomings both times, even though after the first visit they promised to fix things and improve. This property lacks the hospitality and professional quality that are hallmarks of Accor.
