Mercure Jakarta Cikini

There was always something for the family to do at Mercure Cikini. We tried the bicycles, arcade games, claw machines, kids’ activities, playground, PlayStation games, and more, so we never ran out of things to do. The food was delicious, with plenty of choices for both adults and children. Facilities were well maintained, and the atmosphere felt comfortable and welcoming for families. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend Mercure Cikini to families after a fun Jakarta staycation.

Kevin and team handled a small issue with the shower pressure promptly and did a great job making it right. They were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my weekend stay at Mercure Jakarta Cikini. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed made for a restful night. For the quality of the stay, the price was very reasonable. I enjoyed my visit and will definitely come back next time.

The modern, welcoming atmosphere and well-kept facilities made for a comfortable stay. Everything felt organized, from the friendly reception to the clean room. Staff were attentive without intruding, and the service was excellent. A good choice for travelers who care about comfort, cleanliness, and service. I’d recommend it to friends and family.

I ordered food to the room and it was really good, with fast service. I didn’t get to try breakfast or dinner at the hotel. The location is handy, not too far from the city or malls, and it’s nice to walk around at night for the view. Women should be a bit more careful when walking late, though. I stayed for 6 days and 5 nights with my friends, and I loved the service. I asked for a lot of things to be prepared for us, and the staff always came through. I can’t remember their names, but I remember how kind and helpful they all were. We weren’t especially close, but they’ll stay in my memories. I was truly satisfied and really recommend staying here. Thank you to the bellboys, receptionists, and security staff for keeping us safe during our 6 days in Jakarta 🤍
