Cheap, and the newer building is better, but the apartment itself is pretty average, not a great place. There are lots of inexpensive food options at the canteen, a mini market, and the water and electricity are fine. Security hasn’t been a problem, though I’d avoid getting too close with people there. Parking is always full if you arrive after 8pm. And seriously, the elevator needs fixing.

This place is most suitable for a single person who’s at work a lot. With more than two kids, I wouldn’t recommend it. The space between floors and ceilings feels low, and the corridors are narrow. The older three towers, Flamboyan, Gardenia and Edelweiss, were developed in 2008 by PT. Inten Cipta Sejati. Each has 20 floors, and together they contain 3000 units. A fourth tower has recently opened and is occupied. The complex covers 4,7 hectares and has four unit types: 1BA has one bedroom and is 24 m3; 2BA has two bedrooms and is 34 m3; 2BC is similar but slightly larger at 35 m3; and 3 BR is the same size as 2BC but has three bedrooms. There are pools, playgrounds, and parking at each tower, plus security 24 7. General parking is free, but getting a personal space costs about 50 thousand ruphias for a motorcycle or around 150 thousand for a car. Without a reserved spot, parking can be a headache, and tight spaces could scratch your vehicle overnight. Rent runs from 9 million to 20 million per year, depending on unit type and furniture. The apartment is on Jl. Daan Mogot KM 14 Cengkareng, West Jakarta, close to Sumur Bor Busway Station and the Outer Ring Road Toll. It’s easy to spot from Daan Mogot street, on the left when heading toward Tangerang and opposite when coming from Grogol. Daan Mogot Mall is less than 2 km away, Puri Indah Mall is 6 km away, and nearby hospitals include Hermina, RSUD Cengkareng Tzu Chi and Puri Indah.

Getting around from this apartment is easy. Its location makes it convenient to head to Cengkareng airport, Kalideres bus station, or the toll road.

The apartment itself is good, but Google Maps has the wrong location and directions. I got lost trying to find it, then gave them the correct directions and nothing changed. Their email reply said I was the one with the wrong directions, which was really disappointing. They couldn’t even tell from the satellite view that a landed house had turned into a big, tall apartment building. Hahaha.
