The mezzanine layout works well if you like a small, minimalist condo. It’s quiet despite being in a strategic spot, close to malls, the train and bus stations, hospitals, Transjakarta and more. Security access is good, and the security and engineering teams are kind and supportive. You do have to pay for a parking space even as an owner, and the rooftop is basically just blank space that doesn’t really function.

It has a modern loft style and a very convenient location, while still feeling away from the city’s hustle and bustle. A great place to stay.

The build quality is poor, and the developer and management haven’t been able to improve it. They come across as amateurs, not professionals. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We rented room B 03 03 through travelio for a few days over Lebaran, and it was an absolutely horrible stay. The bathroom was leaking when we arrived, filling the trash can with water. The TV didn’t work, there were little worms in the bathroom, and the curtain nearly fell on us. The timing made it even worse. It was the day before Lebaran, so there was nobody we could complain to, and we got no response from anyone for a week. I want my money back, travellio!
