It was completed in 2025, but the place already looks and feels dated. The elevators and facilities remind me of the early 2010s. The gym has plenty of space but very few machines, and there's no sauna or steam room. The pool isn't well maintained either. Wi-Fi is only provided in shared areas, and the signal is too weak to be useful in the units. For everyday errands, there are no ATMs nearby and just one minimart with limited opening hours, not a full supermarket.

Residents are told to park at B3, but there's no proper elevator route back there. Having to walk down from B2 or take the emergency exit feels unsafe and shows poor planning. There was no security, help from staff, or clear directions on site. When I asked for assistance, a staff member casually told me to use the vehicle ramp, which should never be suggested to residents. At IDR 400,000 a month, this service is hard to justify. The facilities seem seriously mismanaged, with little regard for residents' safety or convenience.

The building is stylish, and its facilities are modern and clean. It's a good place to be if you need to stay in this area. The internet, though, has problems that need attention.

I can't put into words how disappointed I am with the parking management. So much for this so-called "premium apartment."

The building itself is nice, but the centralized Wi-Fi drops every few minutes and wrecked my meetings. If you need to work from home, I wouldn't live here. The toilet also smells.
