Getting to the lobby from Jalan Jaksa means paying a 5000 "toll" to pass through the parking area. After dropping off passengers, you have to enter the parking area again and pay a second time. What a ridiculous layout. The hotel looks quite new, and my first impression was good, but the lobby is small and not cozy. It feels more like a business hotel. Breakfast looks good, though the coffee is average.

The food and facilities were good, and there’s even a self-service laundry room for guests. Everyone on staff was polite and really helpful. I left my coffee tumbler in the meeting room, and it was returned to my room already washed and clean. I had a very comfortable stay and would recommend it.

The kids’ activities during the Eid holiday were a lovely part of our stay, and we made sweet memories at Morrisseyy. We had fun at Morrisset Hotel over the long Eid break. The playground is huge by hotel standards, and there’s a semi-outdoor pool, fitness centre, and free laundry. We also took a tuk tuk sightseeing ride around Wahid Hasyim street. 😍🫶

Breakfast had excellent options, and this would work well for a family trip. The rooms were nice, with Sarinah nearby and plenty of public transport close by. I’ll come back.

We had a really good time at our iftar dinner. There was a miscommunication on my part, but the team handled it professionally and made things run smoothly. The atmosphere was just right, the service excellent, and the food amazing. I’d definitely come back.
