My Home Ancol

Don't book a room here. The sheet and floor were dirty, and there weren't enough amenities. Everything felt filthy. The AC, TV, and hot shower worked well, but I was still uncomfortable staying there.

Comfortable.

For 80,000 Rupiah, I was quite satisfied. The facilities are decent, and the location is handy, close to what you need. The room and hotel entrance both use card access, with no manual key. There's a large TV, cool AC, and a balcony. Alfamart, Indomaret, a pharmacy, laundry, restaurants, Ancol, and the road are nearby. But the sheets and bed cover were stained, the balcony was dirty, and there were just two outlets for the TV and one for a phone with a USB cable. Finding the place is the hard part. There's no sign by the road, so you have to ask security. It's in a row of shophouses behind Aston Marina Ancol Hotel and the Mediterranean Apartments.

It's a clean, comfortable place with good TV coverage and cool AC. We got a price of only 99,000 with the OYOKAMARBARU99 promo, hehehe. The building is new and in good condition, and the rooms are small, just enough for a queen-sized bed. The bathroom is nice, haha, with hot and cold water working well and a good shower. The service is friendly, kind, and patient. They provide Siwak-F toothpaste, which I love! ATMs and minimarkets are nearby, so it's easy to get supplies. And there's FREE WIFI that's pretty fast, so you don't have to worry about getting bored. The hotel is in the Aston Marina Ancol apartment complex, in a row of shophouses. Coming from Ancol/Dufan, walk towards Hailai Bridge, turn left, and enter the complex. You can ask the security guard or go to the shophouses behind the apartment. If it's hard to find on the map, look for Airy Aston Marina right next door. The lights and AC run from a card, so if you leave it outside, the room takes a little while to cool down when you get back in.
