The room smelled bad, the sheets and towels were dirty, and mosquitoes were everywhere. Water pressure in the toilet was poor, and the Wi-Fi was very unreliable. The hotel is old, dirty, and feels abandoned, in a bad location, with photos on booking sites that don't match. If you don't want to waste your time and money, don't book here.

The photos are misleading. There was a broken door lock, a dirty toilet, and stained sheets and pillows. The hotel is in terrible condition, and even at that low price it felt overpriced.

The TV had plenty of channels, the AC worked, and the bathroom was acceptable. Those are the only reasons I'm giving more than one star. I booked a double bed room through the Pegi Pegi app but was given a twin room, and the receptionist couldn't explain why. Her attitude and lack of a smile made it worse. I tried to accept the mix-up, but the awful towels nearly made me lose my temper. When I called housekeeping, the guy who answered was impolite. I was speechless at the service.

I canceled after a terrible first impression. Room 205 hadn't been cleaned, so I had to take all my luggage downstairs and ask for another. The room on the fifth floor had no working electricity and wouldn't lock, which felt dangerous. Giving a guest a room that can't be locked is unacceptable.

The deluxe room was spacious, but the facilities were poor. There was no tissue in the room or on the dining table, no toothbrush, toothpaste, or room sandals, and the bathroom leaked. Breakfast was only fried rice, and the staff's communication was bad. It might work for a short break, but I wouldn't stay longer.
