The room and bathroom are both spacious, and the AC and television worked fine. I had a good experience overall, though there was nowhere to hang clothes or a towel in the bathroom, and there was no tissue.

The room was clean and cozy, the location was wonderful, and the staff were friendly. I'd recommend staying here whether you're a couple, a family, or traveling alone for a week to relax and get away from work, like I did. Greetings from the Netherlands. I'll be back soon!

The building looks modern and inviting outside, and the room is spacious, but inside it feels shabby and badly neglected. There was no desk for a laptop. Dust sat in every corner, the wall had cracks, the mirror was cloudy, and three small paintings and the curtain rails were uneven. The bed was comfortable but torn at the edge. In the bathroom, the floor was dirty and slippery, the towel rail hung loose, the mirror looked recycled, and the soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. The reception desk is tucked behind the swimming pool. It could be a nice four-star hotel if someone looked after it, but the management doesn't seem interested in keeping it clean. Nothing looked like the website pictures. The person who checked me in was blunt and unwelcoming, like I was at a train ticket office. I also had to pay Rp 100.000 to check in half an hour early, even though most rooms were vacant. I got what I paid for, but I've stayed in cheaper places with better cleanliness and service, so I can't recommend it.
