It was one of the most frustrating and inhumane experiences I've had in an apartment complex.

I booked for today on the Angoda app and have been stuck waiting in the lobby for two hours. I can't reach the person who's meant to hand over the key, and they're not online. We paid for the booking and have other commitments, so this is a basic service they should provide. I've never had this happen before.
