I lived in this apartment for six months and had no complaints. The lobby was clean and comfortable, there were enough elevators, and the pool and gym were proper. The staff were nice too. Great location near TIM, RSCM, and lots of comfortable cafes and restaurants.
A very safe condominium complex with lots of things on site: a pool, gym, cafe, restaurant, co-working space, supermarket, off license, and medical clinic.
My husband and I stayed for a couple of months and loved it. The apartment was quiet and very clean, with helpful, friendly staff and full in-room facilities, including a washing machine. There's 24-hour security, and the Menteng location puts you right in central Jakarta, with food options like Pizza Hut and KFC easy to find. It works well for couples or families. Recommended.
We enjoyed our two-night stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and looked newly furnished. There was a small kitchen with a microwave and a washing machine. They supplied amenities and replaced them each day while cleaning. The place is on a main road, easy to reach from different areas, and close to a food court and minimarket.
I found this place through an e-commerce app while looking for somewhere to stay on a Jakarta visit. Menteng Park Apartment seemed like a practical base in Central Jakarta, with easy access to places like Taman Ismail Marzuki, Novotel, Ibis Hotel, Cikini Hotel, and Institut Kesenian Jakarta, among others. I took some photos and made a short video for anyone thinking of staying here briefly or buying a unit.
