The view was top-notch, and breakfast was great too. The room was cozy and spaci-fect, spacious and perfect! We did have trouble watching YouTube or Netflix because of the signal, so that could be improved. Absolutely love staying here. It was NICEEEEE!! Will definitely come back. Thank you, Nostoi, for a truly great stay!

We had prepaid in full, but were still required to pay a deposit at check-in. It had to be cash, or we'd wait 3 days for a refund if paying another way. I didn't have cash, and they told me to use a nearby ATM that was broken. Communication was poor and the staff seemed indifferent. The room also looked really different from the pictures.

The room smelled musty, including the pillows, and felt more like a boarding house than a hotel. I checked in at 2 PM and only stayed long enough to shower since I couldn't rest properly. At checkout, we complained about the smell. The staff went straight to saying they had to inspect the room first because there could be a penalty if it was dirty, instead of dealing with what we'd raised. It felt ridiculous and unprofessional. Communication was poor and they weren't friendly. They also wanted a cash deposit of IDR 150,000. QRIS or debit was the only other option, but the refund takes three days, which was inconvenient and ineffective. A very disappointing stay.

The breakfast was tasty, though you have to pick your menu when you check in. I'm thinking of coming back on another trip. One thing we needed was a list of phone numbers in the room, since we couldn't call reception or the cafe/restaurant to order room service. The TV remote was also kind of slow and needs fixing.
