We left as soon as we saw the room and accepted the loss. Red ants were all over the bedding, there were bed bugs, and the sheets had a big blood stain. The bathroom was disgusting too, with a brown toilet, toothpaste and hair on the walls, and old soap marks across the shower. Don't stay here.

There's a large shopping mall within walking distance. The hotel is also a good value option near Grogol station on the Tangerang line, where you can change to or from the airport train at Batu Ceper.

The hotel is in a quiet residential area, though there isn't much special about the location. The place is rather shabby and not very clean: stained sheets, thin towels with rips, and loose, broken floor tiles in the bathroom. The woman at reception spoke little or no English and wasn't very welcoming or helpful.

A relaxed, pleasant place for couples, and the price feels fair. The shower, toilet lighting, and service could use some work.

They let us check in early, which was great. The place was nice and the service was good.
