Nyenyak Mrt Lebak Bulus Simatupang

The staff were lovely and the service was great. Breakfast tasted good, even though there wasn't much choice, and the rooftop restaurant has a great skyline view. The place is clean and the room size makes sense for the price, but the rooms and grounds don't look like the photos. It feels very bare-bones and poorly maintained. I imagine it was nice when it first opened, but it seems due for a renovation.

It was a pleasant stay for my work trip, and the room was neat and clean. The friendly receptionists made things easy. There's an Indomarer right beside the hotel, and the MRT is about a 15-minute walk away, though I wouldn't recommend walking in Jakarta's scorching sun. A couple of things didn't bother me much since I was there for work: the shower head was partly broken, with water leaking through the pipe instead of coming out of the center, and I couldn't figure out how to turn on the TV. There's a water dispenser by the door, an awkward spot where it's easy to miss. I wish someone had mentioned it at check-in.

At around Rp 200k something, I thought it was worth the price. The staff were friendly, and you can refill mineral water there. I forgot to take photos, sorry. It's near Lebak Bulus MRT station, though the Point Square renovation makes the walk less convenient. If you want to walk, know the area or use Google Maps like I did. There's a rooftop cafe I didn't try. Toiletries aren't provided, but Indomaret is right next door.

I only stayed one night, and it was great. The staff were friendly and the facilities were good, especially for an inn that's only been operating for about three months. 👍 P.S. You can watch as much Netflix as you want 😎
