I still hadn't received the towels by checkout. I was told they'd be ready around 4 or 5 pm, but they never arrived. There was no mineral water either.

It’s quite clean since the place is still new, and I found the stay comfortable overall. GBK is about a 30-minute walk, and the stair access on some floors makes it possible to get some exercise. Parking fits 4-5 cars out front, with room for 3 more on the back street. Soap is supplied, and restaurants are nearby, though there’s no breakfast. They only provided towels for toiletries, with no drinking water, coffee, or tea.

Getting to the hotel online was difficult, and the service felt odd and unresponsive. There was no toothpaste or soap, and no hanger either.

There was a cigarette smell in the room.
