It felt like a terrible place to stay. The rooms were poor quality, with a broken door handle, worn-out bulbs, and an air conditioner that didn’t work. The bathroom had old fixtures, and we didn’t even dare use it. The outside was dark and moldy, with no lights on, and the place is tucked deep in the neighborhood. We had to search through the house to find the receptionist. She wasn’t very friendly, and her room was messy, which didn’t inspire confidence about the rest of the rooms. Overall, a low-quality hotel with what looked to me like botted reviews. I wouldn’t recommend it at all, and would give it minus stars if that were possible to filter those reviews out.

The villa and its gardens were lovely, and the people there were helpful and made me feel at home as someone from the UK. My room was clean, with mineral water, and the clothes cleaning service was good. It was well worth the money, and I’d go back one day. One thing, I didn’t get my driving licence back when I checked out. I should have asked them about it, but it’s all okay now because I’ve since had a replacement.

The room was cozy and comfortable, and the service was good. But finding the place was a problem: both times I ordered a taxi online, the location came up wrong. Please update it so people can find you more easily.

The rooms are big, there’s decent service, and privacy is assured. The facilities are good, with secure car parking, but the parking area could be larger. The air conditioning didn’t cool enough, some lamps had no bulbs, and the fridge was broken. Still, it was good overall.

The parking area is proper, but the place needs renovation and a lot of improvement. The lighting is poor, the bathroom and towel were dirty, and worst of all, the bed was bad.
