Capital O 141 Fatmawati Cozy Residence

The hotel is tucked away and hard to spot, and the room didn’t match what was shown in the booking app. The signal was poor, and the staff talked down to me as if I didn’t know what a stay should be like. There’s a smart TV, but no signal, so it was useless. The air conditioner only blew air and didn’t cool the room.

For this price, the room should be a lot better. It smelled a bit damp, the toilet was terribly dirty, and the ceiling was mossy. There was a heater, but it didn’t work at all. I’ve stayed in plenty of cheaper budget hotels with better rooms. Wouldn’t recommend it.

There are plenty of shops nearby and the WiFi is good, but the stay itself was average. The AC wasn’t powerful, the toilet seat was broken, and carrying luggage upstairs was a pain because there’s no elevator. A small kitchen, an air freshener in the room, and more than two bottles of water would have made it worth one more star.

I didn’t expect fancy facilities from a cheap OYO, but I did expect a clean room. The bathroom was filthy, like a garbage dump, and it smelled too. I strongly wouldn’t recommend this place. There are much better cheap hotels around.
