I lost my money after booking through the app. The place seems to be under different management now, as De Jewelry Guesthouse by Arba rather than Oyo. The sign outside says Hotel 37 Syariah, which doesn’t match the listing in the app. Be careful, it feels like they may be trying to TRAP YOU.

I booked through Oyo and paid in the app, but at the hotel they still wanted another 100,000. When I refused, they told me to sort it out with Oyo, even though there’s no call center, and pushed me to cancel in the app. The money was forfeited. Don’t get caught in this trap again. The hotel also seems to be dodging responsibility and passing it around.

I had a booking, but when I arrived they said the place was full. I was made to rent the same room for twice the price.

While I was there, I felt bad for the employees who kept getting scolded. Even if they’d made a mistake, that’s no way to treat staff, whether they’re new or have been there a while.
