The staff seemed inexperienced and unprofessional, and even the security looked annoyed with them. I don't blame the staff as much as the management, which clearly does a poor job of leading the team and keeping things up to standard. We stayed one night last week. The rooms were run down and unlike the listing. The porter first showed us a room that wasn't ready and was disgusting, then a second room with two bedrooms that was barely clean. The kitchen facilities were dirty, and cupboards in the rooms held dirty pillows and linen. They also tried to take my passport. When we checked out at 9:30am, people were asleep on the floor and at the desk. The person who was supposed to take the key wasn't in the office, but asleep in another room. We had to get security to wake him and return our deposit. Like other reviewers say, DO NOT STAY HERE.
