The one good thing was the Smart TV, which let us watch YouTube or Netflix. Otherwise, I was furious. The room cost more than the website price, so you have to pay extra to get in, and it was dirty. The towel and spring bed looked like they hadn't been washed, and bathroom soap was put in a mineral water bottle. The electricity also cut out sometimes. Parking was crowded and narrow, hard to access by car, and expensive. You have to go down a very small street, then the parking attendant charges around 10K when you enter. Everything felt bad and dirty. If you're booking at the last minute, don't consider staying here. I can't believe this place exists.

We had to pay about 50k rupiah extra to move to a room with air conditioning. For the quality, the price is a bit much. The bathroom and bed cover were dirty, and it seemed the exhaust fan wasn't working properly. Please improve the quality.

The bed was nasty, the blanket and pillow smelled, and there were cockroaches. The hotel wasn't clean, and climbing five flights of stairs was tiring. The receptionist was rude too. Every time I parked my motorcycle, they demanded 5,000, so four times came to 20,000, including when I went out for dinner and came back. Then the gate was closed whenever I tried to enter, and they said I had to pay 20,000 to get in. The hotel charged another 5,000 for parking. It isn't even one star.

The bed was only 120 cm by 200 cm, too small for two people. The room, bed cover, pillowcases, sheets, and bathroom were all very dirty. There were no amenities or towels. This was the worst place I've stayed.
