Booking a room through the official site or a third-party app should be straightforward, but they wouldn't let me check in without extra money. The staff were extremely unhelpful, especially a woman wearing a headscarf who spoke in a mean tone. The management is really bad. I hope they shut down tomorrow. If you want hassle-free travel, avoid staying here. I promise they'll ask for more money. Pass.

The rooms were dirty, and they didn't provide even a bottle of water, soap, or shampoo. Wi-Fi was so bad that internet access was unavailable most of the time. On top of that, if you book through an online app, they demand extra money and won't let you check in unless you pay it. I wouldn't book this hotel.
