There are plenty of places to eat along the roadside, and more options at Atrium Senen, Cempaka Mas, or Kelapa Gading, with lots of minimarkets nearby. The Rawa Selatan bus stop is close, and smoking isn't allowed in the room. My standard double, room 201, had very effective AC. Wi-Fi is available on each floor and ran around 30 Mbps, but remember to ask for your floor's password at check-in. The brick room had a wardrobe and small table. It was clean, though there was a slight smell, perhaps because no camphor was provided. Towels and hangers were there, and both room and bathroom doors worked. You can order food and drinks by calling reception; the menu is in the room, and I took a photo of it. Parking is ample for cars and motorcycles, 10,000 Rupiah for cars and 5,000 for motorcycles. It's fenced, so I think it's safe, though motorcyclists may want a brake lock or extra key in case the guard isn't there. A 100,000 rupiah deposit is required at check-in even if you've paid through the app. It comes back at checkout when you return the room key. The room was fairly clean, but cobwebs could have been removed. The bathroom floor was wet when I checked in, and the walls looked like they hadn't been cleaned often, though it was acceptable to me. The sheets were thin and unlike the app photo, with no OYO logo, but at least they were provided. The sink was tiny. Hot water was good at night but weakened or stopped in the morning or afternoon, while the shower itself worked fine. The toilet worked, though it only had one flush button. No soap, toothpaste, or other toiletries were supplied. The TV had only four channels, Trans, Trans 7, Kompas TV, and AN TV; cable channels would be nice. There were only three outlets, and they were a bit hard to reach. In room 201, a small puddle appeared outside the bathroom near the bed after showers, which I think came from a leaking bathroom wall. The man on day duty could be friendlier and give guests more information. The woman on night duty was much friendlier. A mini-fridge for cold drinks would be a useful addition. That's all from me.
