I booked and paid in full for 8 nights, but checked out after the first night. I didn't even ask for a refund because I didn't want to spend any more time around there. This was the worst property I've stayed at. The reception asked for extra money, saying there were changes between agoda and the owner that hadn't been updated in the agoda system. I think that's an issue between the owner and agoda, not the guest. There's no property sign, and the surrounding area is very dirty. I stayed in room 105. When I walked in, it felt more like a storage room, or maybe a morgue. The vibe was so creepy I couldn't sleep and decided to leave. The bathroom was even worse, with a broken roof, and the room smelled damp. I don't know why the owner still rents this room out. We're traveling on a budget, sure, but the room should at least be comfortable. Please maintain your reception and be honest with the room photos posted on OTA.
