I paid through Agoda before arriving, then was asked for more money at the hotel. I thought I was being tricked. I was only there to rest before an event, but the whole thing left me feeling cheated. Terrible.

The OYO app still lists this hotel even though the property says it no longer works with OYO. My money was lost and couldn't be refunded, so I felt cheated. The hotel should have helped OYO sort it out, but they were irresponsible. This is so strange, guys.

I booked two days through the OYO app, but the hotel left me to deal with the problem myself. If the listing isn't active, they should handle it. It feels like fraud, especially since the location is still active. Be careful before booking here.

Parking cost me 20 thousand for just one hour. It really was more expensive.

The app price and the hotel price were both higher, and I felt cheated.
