During my three months there, customer service made a lot of mistakes with billing and other things. They charged my wife and me 1m for a month of electricity in a small room, when most houses are 500k a month. When my wife tried to use a hair straightener, the electricity went out. That happened four or five times, and there was only one plug in the room. Our food and drinks went bad while we were staying there, and the fridges were really dirty. They only cleaned them at the end of the contract. A lot more happened, but there isn’t enough time to write it all down. I’d recommend staying far away from Cove.

I put up with the traffic when 3mio rent covered everything, but with COVE managing the place poorly, 3mio doesn’t feel worth it. I’m sure you can find somewhere better for 3mio. I’d lived here for almost three years. Management changed to COVE from Rukita, and just three months later I decided to move out after dealing with so many issues. The room is only 12m2, yet electricity cost up to 400k a month. My current apartment bill is at most around 300k. They don’t allow a shoe rack outside for cleanliness and tidiness, even though the building itself is much messier than my rack. The ceiling and walls are really dirty, unused things are left around, and the kitchen is filthy with lots of cockroaches. There are two security shifts, but the guards would often disappear and weren’t useful. Laundry isn’t included either. I used to pay 3mio including laundry and electricity under Rukita. The bed and pillow aren’t usable anymore, and they clearly have no intention of replacing them.
