I lived here in 2020, and the afternoon view from my place was lovely, especially during golden hour. The apartment has only three towers and is surrounded by a river, with a pool that they clean quite often. I used to jog by the river. The road wasn’t very good then, and the parking area was quite a mess.
The messy parking is the main thing keeping this from being almost perfect. I’ve been here quite a few times, and it’s well placed for getting around Jakarta’s hot spots. There are convenience stores and cafes at the building’s base for sweet or savory cravings, plus an expedition store for sending packages. Security is great too.
The street access is mostly narrow, but it’s not as crowded as many places in Jakarta. These apartment towers sit beside Jakarta river and have swimming pools for kids and adults. They could use more parking, though.
They never put important updates in the elevator, even though that would have been an easy way to let residents know. The parking and lift vendors keep changing without clear notice, and the road still hasn’t been fixed. The apartment management is the worst.
Packages are common for tenants here, but security can’t hold them and there aren’t enough temporary storage spots. The management is unhelpful and just seems lazy. Worst building management ever.
