The bugs were the worst part. Mosquitoes kept getting into my ground-floor Room 1H, and the new blanket had lots of fleas that bit me all over and left my skin itchy and looking awful. I showed the staff, but they only apologized and gave me another blanket. I didn't feel they took responsibility for guests. The room also had no hot water, old facilities and a dirty bathroom. The toilet kept dripping, the air conditioning was so weak it only reached 24’C however low I set the remote, and outside noise came through easily. It's far from the street, bus station, train station and MRT Jakarta. I won't stay there again. It really damaged my impression of Indonesia.

It's on a very narrow street, but Juanda commuter train station is just a few minutes away on foot.

The room looked nothing like the pictures. It was dirty, dark and scary, and the toilet was awful. At 2:48 am, the shower suddenly turned on. There's no lift, just stairs. We were moved to a room on the 4th floor because the TV in the 2nd-floor room was broken, though the rooms were basically the same. I booked through agoda and would tell anyone with the money to find another hostel. Worst hostel ever.

The room and hotel were filthy when I arrived. The blankets and other things in the room were dirty, and even the replacement they gave me was still dirty. I can't recommend this place. If they can't get laundry clean, they need to close the hotel.

OYO is meant for couples who want privacy and time together, not for families. That's the concept people should understand. The toilet and other amenities aren't the point in this kind of place. OYO is an Indian brand, and I don't think families in India would want to stay at one either. In Indonesian, it's for pacaran.
