The only way we could get things moving smoothly seemed to be giving a generous tip of 20,000 rp each time. The apartment gates stayed closed, and security staff seemed absorbed in their phones instead of opening them. Taxi drivers then canceled our rides, which was a major inconvenience. It was frustrating to see such lackluster service, with guards not answering calls or responding to concerns about the apartment. We stayed for three days in an apartment that was rather dilapidated and infested with insects. Given all this, we'd strongly recommend looking at newer properties nearby with better facilities.

Everything's okay, though it feels a little spooky, maybe because there aren't many residents.

The apartment units are spacious, and the backyard garden is peaceful.

The internet service is very, very bad.

The swimming pool is fairly spacious and quiet, and there's a jacuzzi. Security is good, and the place is comfortable, though it feels a bit scary because it's so quiet. For 500,000 Rupiah, you get three rooms: a TV room with a mini kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The facilities are quite complete. The first room has a sofa, TV, mini kitchen, microwave, sink, refrigerator, water bottle, water dispenser, plates, spoons, forks, stove, and air conditioning. The bedroom has a bed, wardrobe, study table, and air conditioning. The bathroom has a sink, bathtub, shower, and washing machine.
