We didn’t sleep well because people on our floor were loud from 2AM, with kids running, shouting, and crying. It may have been because of a wedding event. The room was clean, and the water heater worked perfectly and stayed steady. Amenities like the hand-body lotion are usually found in 5-star hotels. Breakfast was well priced, and they even had an indomie stall 🫶🏼.

Traffic in the area is the main challenge. We booked a two-room unit for a staycation with our three children, and it had a luxury feel, a clean room, and kind, friendly staff. When we arrived, nobody was available to help carry our luggage, and the curtains were difficult to open and close. Thanks to Tri Utami for helping capture the moment during breakfast.

The room was clean and the service was good, so I recommend this hotel. Special thanks to Mba Tri Utami for being so humble and giving excellent service.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Our booking through a third-party app had the wrong date, and although the app first offered to reschedule, it got the date wrong again when the new one came around. Then the app refused our rescheduling request. Getting a refund was complicated, and we were frustrated and tired. Azana came up with a solution: they upgraded us, discounted that room, and even gave us ice cream for all the trouble. I’m very grateful to the Azana staff for their hospitality, and would love to return for a longer stay.
