The room was clean, and the facilities worked well for my business trip. I was especially impressed by the staff’s friendliness and care. I arrived well before the 2pm check-in time, and I think my PA may have forgotten to request an early check-in. Aldhi was at reception and said he’d let me know as soon as a room was ready. I thought it might just be a standard reassuring response, but at noon the room was ready and he told me right away. I was grateful, since I had meetings at 2pm and 5pm and needed time to get ready. While I waited, I had lunch at Le Chocolat, which was good, though the table felt too low for a place serving a proper meal. I also want to thank Fira. I had an afternoon meeting and realized I’d forgotten my hair straightener. I wanted to look my best for a formal meeting, so I called the front desk, not really expecting anyone to be able to help. Fira offered to lend me her own straightener and brought it to my room. I can’t thank her enough. It may have been just another workday for Aldhi and Fira, but their small acts of kindness meant a lot to me. I appreciate their dedication and the kind of service I expect from Pullman. I wish them the best, and I’ll definitely stay here again on my next business trip to Jakarta.

The buffet breakfast was fantastic, and the hotel’s location made it easy to get to shops and restaurants. I was here on a business trip and had a wonderful stay. The rooms were very clean and up to a high standard, but the staff stood out most. They were friendly, helpful, and professional. Many thanks to Lalita, Kartika and Jhonatan for such great service. I wish every hotel offered the same.

Mba Dea from Housekeeping did a lovely job keeping everything clean and comfortable, and she was very helpful. The lobby always looked clean and smelled nice, while the public areas and toilets were well maintained and fully stocked. Thanks for the excellent service at Pullman Jakarta Indonesia.

Dea from Housekeeping at the lobby always greeted guests with a warm smile and was so helpful. Her friendly, positive attitude made our stay more enjoyable. Pullman Jakarta Indonesia was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.
