The breakfast was far below what we expected for the price. We paid for 3 people, including our child, but it was very minimalist. The room was also impossible to sleep in: the air conditioner was extremely loud, and being right by the lobby meant constant noise from outside. We were given Room 103, on a floor undergoing renovations. It was incredibly dusty, and when we asked to move, staff insisted there were no other rooms available, even though it wasn’t a holiday period. The actual room was a far cry from the online photos. It felt like an old, neglected hotel. The room was filthy, with mosquito stains and blood marks on the walls, live mosquitoes everywhere, and stained bedsheets that clearly weren’t fresh. The toilet seat was loose and about to fall off, the shower was outdated, and there was no bath mat until we requested one. For what I paid, I expected much better. I’ve stayed in other hotels at the same price point with significantly better facilities and cleanliness. This was a very unpleasant experience for my family, and I can’t recommend it.

The location may be the hotel’s only saving grace. Even after housekeeping, the rooms weren’t clean, and some essentials like slippers were missing. There was no wireless payment option for laundry or ironing, which is insane for 2025. They didn’t even try to offer assistance.

We booked 4 nights, but the major renovation in 25/09 was so loud you could hear it on the 7th floor. Every floor was dusty and smelly. I cancelled and lost the room payment. The parking only fits 3 cars. Worst hotel, definitely not recommended.

We booked the room online 2 days ago and paid cash for early check-in at 12 instead of 14 wib. But the hotel was under renovation, and the workers made a lot of noise and mess. We asked why they were still welcoming guests during construction, but reception didn’t care about our complaint. Upcoming guests, please stay away from this hotel for a while. The conditions are lousy.

The room was okay and clean, though the service was so-so. The hotel sits in the heart of kuningan, close to the LRT that can take you to Setiabudi/HI. There are plenty of shopping malls and restaurants within walking distance.
