A friendly, nice little hotel. Rooms are basic but clean, with a TV that has international channels, and prices are very reasonable. There's a small swimming pool too. The main drawback is that there aren't many places to eat close by, though taxis are very cheap and can take you to Malls and other places.

We booked a few rooms while attending a family member's wedding at IPDN, a nearby wedding venue. The view from our room beside the swimming pool was awesome. We were happy with V Residence: clean rooms, comfy beds, helpful staff, and generally affordable prices. Couldn't ask for more!

I stayed at V residence because my workshop was nearby. For a budget inn, this guest house isn't bad. The location is okay, easy to find food, and close to attractions. The cleanliness was average, but the bathroom was a bit dirty and there were lots of mosquitoes in the room. Wifi worked fine, and there's a pool and cable TV.

Management spends time on unimportant things and doesn't care about the things they should.

A cozy, quiet place in a strategic spot, with accessibility for disabled guests and a refrigerator in every room. The price is reasonable. There's a small swimming pool and a public kitchen, but no breakfast.
