Nice enough, and good value for the money.

The room on the 33rd floor was spacious, and the bathroom was fairly clean. There was a kettle for heating water and one glass, plus a hot shower, but I couldn't go out onto the balcony. The swimming pool had been unavailable for several months, and I don't know why. For a low-budget apartment, it was decent.
My friend and I left for another RedDoorz in the end. The place and its facilities were okay, but the service from Firman at reception was so bad that, as someone who works in hotels, I found it really upsetting. When I asked the walk-in price for two deluxe rooms and one premium room, he said he didn't know because he was new. Later, while we were looking at a deluxe room, he sent a voice note to his friend in front of us saying he was really lazy about manual check-ins. He also asked whether we wanted to see the premium room first, or we'd regret it later. That isn't how you reassure a guest or offer them a good room. He told us not to be noisy or he'd get scolded and receive another SP. We weren't planning to have some sudden party in the room, and he seemed not to understand guests' privacy. During check-in, I tried to use one ID card for the rooms, but he insisted on one per room, even though other places allow several rooms under one ID. Then he told us, "JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF THAT'S THE CASE." I said I'd tell RedDoorz he shouldn't just get an SP for treating guests that way, and he challenged me. Is he really worth keeping on staff?
The room smelled like a sewer, and during my two-day stay they sometimes didn't refill the drinking water. Checking out was frustrating too. It took over 20 minutes to get my 100,000 RB deposit back. It's not really about the 100,000 RB itself. If checkout is 20 minutes late, it seems like there'd be a 100,000 RB fine, so the delay felt ridiculous. I regret staying at this hotel.
I got a room on the 33rd floor, with a nice view. The apartment's shape really does match its name, and the elevator was fairly quick. The room and bathroom were both big, the bathroom was clean, and there's a swimming pool too. Pretty cool.
