RedDoorz Apartment @ Puri Mansion

I’ve had Travelio manage my apartment for the past 3 years because I don’t live in Jakarta. Annual occupancy averaged 30% at best, and they deducted money from my monthly income for “repairs or work order raised” without telling me properly beforehand. My net monthly income ended up at 50% - 70% of what I was supposed to receive. I told them repeatedly that I wanted to end the agreement. Now they’re making one last attempt to charge me again for unclear “repairs.” I inspected the apartment a few days ago while in Jakarta, and it was completely rundown, nothing like when I left it in their care. They don’t look after your property. I’m still waiting for proof of the work order for the repairs they say they made. Customer service doesn’t answer my questions, but they respond quickly when they want me to pay. They still haven’t handed over my access card and key despite me contacting them multiple times. This has been a whole nightmare, and I consider the way they manage properties unethical. I’m warning other owners not to put their properties with Travelio. Potential customers should avoid using them too. You’re much better off using Air BnB.
