The staff were patient and tried to help, which was the good part. The room smelled of smoke, and there were marks on the linen. The AC was old and noisy, and even the bathroom fan made noise when the light was on. Reception told us the WiFi was down, so we could only get it in the lobby. The lift made me nervous too. This place needs renovation. It's not good enough, but if there's no other choice, it's okay.

The lady who owns the place speaks good English, and the staff are very friendly. Everything else is very good, but the room feels old and not clean, especially the bathroom. I hope they improve that.

It's cheap and easy to get to, but there's no wardrobe and no windows, so you can't see outside. I wouldn't recommend staying longer than one night.

For a low-cost city hotel, it was almost fair enough. From outside it didn't really look like a proper hotel, though, and the dark corridors and worrying elevators stood out.
