It's cheap.

The staff were friendly and even lent me an iron, and both the rooms and shared areas were clean. The basics all worked, including the AC, Wi-Fi, and water heater. Since it's inside a complex, traffic noise wasn't much of an issue. I was happy with my stay.

I've stayed here twice when my house flooded, but the check-in always takes a long time. It feels more like a boarding house than a hotel, so you need to confirm with the owner first. Book through the app and you'll definitely be put on the 3rd floor. The bathroom is cramped and the toilet is really uncomfortable. There were no towels, toiletries, or mineral water.
