Street food is easy to find nearby. Our fifth-floor smoking room was cosy and very clean, and the price included breakfast for two. Decent stay for what it cost.

Street food is all around, and after about a five-minute walk either way from the hotel, you can find a store mart. There’s also a nice grilled fish place nearby if you’re in the mood for seafood. The area felt quite safe, with bank ATMs everywhere. Jakarta gets hot, so I was glad to have cool air conditioning, a hot shower, a clean bed, and steady Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly, breakfast was supplied, and the rate was CHEAP !!!!! 🤤

Not recommended. The air conditioning didn’t work, and there was uncleaned hair in the bathroom. The hotel quality was poor, and we even got a main act of “mati lampu”.

Lots of market snacks, food stalls, and restaurants around this affordable hotel. There’s also a traditional market about 150m away at night. Nice place.
